We're starting the Dairy refurbishment project!

And - we're off! Our project to refurbish and bring our old dairy back into production has started. Thank you to everyone who has helped and contributed to get us this far - we will be blogging progress here. Behind the scenes we have been engaging professional services for the equipment, organising sampling and moving forward with all the, very necessary, regulatory authorities to ensure we can produce safely once all the refurbishment work has been completed and checked. We'll be blogging on all of that in the next few weeks but in the meantime here's an image of the first part of the dairy as it stands at the moment
