We finished the anti-slip coatings for the processing room floor today - and I don't think any of us ever want to see yet another large tin of slate grey paint in our lives again! The outside is looking (a lot) smarter too after a thorough clean and fresh coat of paint. Yes, we know - we need to clean the windows!
The parlour and bulk tank services have commenced. The next steps are to see how much of the existing lighting we can re-use - what can we salvage and what do we have to renew; we'll know better on that once we've cleaned the years of accumulated dust from the covers.
In the meantime, thanks to a lot of assistance from friends, we even managed to weed and clean the hedges on the approach to the dairy...
